- Children under 6 years old staying with their parents receive free breakfast. Maximum 2 children per room.<br>- Children aged 6-12 sharing a room with parents: surcharge of VND 150,000 per child per night.
- Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
Extra bed
- Extra bed: 500,000 VND/night (including breakfast). Each room is allowed a maximum of one extra bed.
- Surcharge for the third person (no extra bed provided): 300,000 VND/night (including breakfast).
Surcharge
- Weekend prices apply to Friday and Saturday nights from June 1st, 2026 to July 31st, 2026.
- Holiday prices apply to the following periods: New Year's Day (January 1st, 2026), Lunar New Year (February 17th-19th, 2026), Hung Kings Commemoration Day, Liberation of Southern Vietnam and International Labor Day (April 25th-May 2nd, 2026), National Day (September 1st, 2026), and the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition, depending on the fireworks schedule announced by the Department of Tourism. If the holiday period falls on a weekend, only one holiday surcharge will apply.
- Early check-in before 6:00 AM or late check-out after 6:00 PM: a surcharge of one night's room rate will apply.
- Early check-in from 6:00 AM to before 9:00 AM or late check-out from 2:00 PM to before 6:00 PM: a surcharge of 50% of one night's room rate will apply.
- Early check-in from 9:00 AM to before 2:00 PM or late check-out from after 12:00 PM to before 2:00 PM: a surcharge of 30% of the nightly room rate will apply.
